This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Maverix QBO Connector (the “App”), an internal software integration provided by Maverix
Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our authorized staff (“you”). By using the App, you
agree to this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use
the App solely for Maverix Group’s internal business purposes. The App is not
licensed or made available to the public or to any external party.

2. Permitted use

You may use the App only to access and manage Maverix Group’s own QuickBooks
Online accounting data in the course of your work, and only as authorized by
Maverix Group.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) use the App for any purpose other than authorized internal
business use; (b) share access credentials or connection URLs with unauthorized
persons; (c) attempt to access data you are not authorized to access; (d) copy,
modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App; or (e) use the App to violate
any applicable law or Intuit’s terms.

4. QuickBooks and Intuit data

The App accesses QuickBooks Online data via Intuit’s APIs. Your use of QuickBooks
data through the App is also subject to Intuit’s applicable terms. We are
responsible for the App’s handling of that data as described in our Privacy
Policy.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant
that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maverix Group shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access to the App at any time, including upon
termination of your employment or engagement, or for any misuse.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
